Ok, it's has to start and it has to start now! I can't keep pretending that I am doing good when I am not. Today started a new me, a new way of life. I am hoping that while keeping a blog it will keep me on track. I am hoping if you choose to read this, that you will help as well!
Today, I am going to loose weight! I have been going to the gym, and pretending to eat half decent, for a while, but today I am changing my lifestyle, I am changing my outlook, and changing my life forever!
I am really excited, but I need support! I have a long road ahead of me, I need to loose about 50 pounds, I want to loose 60, and I want to do it by next summer!
I know I can do it, I just have to set my my mind!
I plan to update everyday, for me, to keep me motivated!!! I can do it!!!
